Novice: Cubase Grid / Grid Snap Setup

Hi, can someone tell me how to setup the grid and grid snap for a 4x4 drum beat at 175? At the moment I can't get the drum hits in time as the snap will only let me post a hit like once every 4 or something.

I've put it to 1/128 and the first kick and the snares are fine but the second kick is literally on like 1234 where as I'm needing the 1 2 34?

Cheers Mark, I've now got it on use Quantize and on 1/16, seems to do the trick. But how do I change the grid to get it on the view that the bloke above's got?

I think that's Cubase 7, you're in 5.

Do you mean the colour or the way the blocks are smaller? You can zoom in and out on the grid using the sliders in the lower right.
