WELCOME BACK TO RippeR..
After a short break over Christmas and New Year we're back!!
We plan to start this year in style, the way we mean to go on!!
This RippeR we have two fantastic head-liners plus a few surprises install:-
DJ's appearing at the Return of RippeR will be:
- GLOXXY - ( Re:mission // Oh My God! )
Making his way all the way from Blackpool, Gloxxy first appeared in Manchester in 2008 when he was crowned winner of DexFactor a DJ competition, but has been DJing for alot longer. Gloxxy has played at various events such at Oh My God!, Hit&Run, Subwoofa!, Re:mission plus many more.
With a wide knowledge of oldskool and drum and bass, we invite Gloxxy to take us on a journey through the years of Drum and Bass starting from 1994 and working his way to the present day. Im very excited and you should be too, just check out a mix from the man here :-

- DARK ELIXIR - ( Just Skank )
Iv had my eye on Dark Elixir to play RippeR for along time..
Only 20 years old and making some serious sounds within the dubstep scene with tracks like 'BoFlex' and 'Blud Bath'' begin personal favourites. With an EP release 'Be a Ninja' released on 'Basstarded Digital' i cant wait to see what this guy can deliver. His tracks leave people at raves covered in their own filth sweat and tears with his music penetrated in the mind, body and soul... Check out tracks from Dark Elixir here:-

Keeping with the locals we invite Sale headz to join us for 90minutes to play what ever they like, Giant Octopus well know for his raw jumpup style and PZA keeping upto date with most in the Drum and Bass scene. Check out tracks and mixes here:-

These guys helped me out alot lastyear and are the first one's to become offical RippeR residents. Keeping us entertained for the first hour with a mix of deep and liquidy Drum and Bass its the perfect way to start your night.

- with 6 Hours of Bassmusic! from DJs from all around the North-West.
Set times for DJ's on the night will be:-
08.00 - 09:00 - Fenetik B2B Heppsta ( Liquidy warmup )
09:00 - 10:30 - Giant Ocotpus B2B PZA ( 90 minute what ever you want set )
10:30 - 12:00 - Dark Elixir ( 90 minute Dubstep Tearup )
12:00 - 02:00 - Gloxxy ( 2 hour History of Drum and Bass '94 - '11 )

Due to RippeR getting a larger audience at each event there will now be a £1 door charge meaing we can hire in another bouncer to keep you guys safe.
Upstairs has now become a chill out area, so even if you want to come with your mates and have a couple of beers you can do.
We also have a film projector with a huge screen playing TV programmes.
