Thanks for the comment groelle (fellow german ;D). What exactly would you change at the drums? I bet the kick has way too much lows for example right? If I remember correctly it is even a bassdrum not a kick sample. Was a mistake.

the presence and depth.

bus them together and compress, slight distortion maybe and some limiting. then id add a reverb send and put the drumbus through that.

should help glueing the tune together aswell as bringing the drums more upfront in the mix.
