Im pretty sure they use most things NI.
Ive read in various places that they use cubase to sequence and many synths and samplers including massive, fm8, they did some presets for Absynth i think, kontact and reaktor.

I'd say lots of re-sampling and filtering.
I'd love to know how they did the bass in Facade.

they've got their own soundbank with about 20 patches for albino 3 if you do a bit of hunting around, but the key is resampling
