they are pretty much all software...
they were all software til they rebuilt
their studio... they still dont use any
outboard amps or distortion units as
far as i know...

i dont get youtube at work.. .
but if the link is the stuff stuck

I tried some weeks ago a resynthesis of this noisa bass fx from "the tide" in massive. preset attached. Im still not knowing all the routing options of massive, pretty complex but nice synth. Key for this sound is using noise, feedback, tube from my pov.
