    bollox, medial records are a really good way to identify someone *IF* they are not the normal.
    Sure strip their name, age, address, NI number... the basics.

    So you are looking for someone with a history of heart attack - 2.7million in the UK. You have already narrowed the search to about 4% of the population
    you also know such an individual has had a triple bypass - 20,000 per year are performed so how far back are you interested ...
    A few key medical conditions and you can narrow it down and then find out what else they have suffered from but not reported (think insurance companies)
