Hiya chaps, wrote this earlier today, was wondering if you would give it a listen.

the only thing i can think of at the moment that needs work is the sesame street sounds a bit raw. can anyone give me any tips on how to clean the break up a little bit and make it sound sharper?

Im new in drum and bass productions but for now i can tell:
-percussion and vocal are clean and work nice together
-I think bassline is too simple

I prefer more "dark" style;) I think you are on good route:) Try too make the track to have more power;D

    Cheers for listening chap!

do you think the bass sound needs changing or the bassline in general? I'm under the impression that the bass sound doesn't quite fill the spectrum as much as it should

if you want your break to sound cleaner, chop the individual hits from the break and eq them independently, add some envelopes to eacj hit, reverb where required,(generally just hats) and just get each hit sounding a s nice as poss before layering them over your punchy hits..

the tune is ok, bass needs more work, some filtered/distorted high end in it, also its a tad simple.. but that works i guess.. not really my cuppa cha but not bad work man
