    easy guys,
i'm seriously considering getting this new Traktor Scratch Duo 2, the new features of the sample decks etc. look pretty nice and i think the new latency and quality of drivers are apparently better than serato now? (probably due to serato sl4 coming out soon).

Basically does anyone know/has heard what this new one is like, if it is any better than the last.

    Cheers

Its defo better than the last, although for general mixing its the same deal. All the new features are based around turntablism which really wouldnt get used in dnb much unless you have 4 vinyl decks.

Imo its not worth the £60 upgrade for software, unless you are guna use the features.

To be honest, theres not a lot of difference. Sure youve got sample decks (which ARE nice), new effects and sweet coloured wave forms. But thats about it on the surface of things.
I do think its tighter on timecode though, and sounds cleaner. Although the autogain is still shit and I cant beleive they havent put in multi column sorting yet!

Take it or leave it. I can think of much worse things to spend £60 on.
