I'd say get some reverb on that snare(rimshot?) so that it sits nicely in the track instead now it's popping out a bit as if it doesn't belong in the track.
Overall mixdown isn't really working out for me some sounds are to overpowering and some are barely noticeable the kick for instance (in the main parts).

I agree with Psychoholic; work on that Snare/Rimshot, as it really sounds as if it was outside of the mix to me. Maybe some compression could help to glue the drums together.
Did you turn the Snare/Rimshot up a lot because it wasn't audible at first? If that's the case then maybe that's part of the problem. Try to make it part of the mix and make it audible by EQ and compression instead of just increasing the volume.
