New Track: Issue - Terminal

I`m trying to produce a professional track, but all the time i search for the thing what would make my tracks more interesting. But what is it!!

The engineering on that synth at the beginning is good, very wide and sharp sound. Track is probably too long at 8:01 - most "pro" releases seem to fall in the 5:30-7:00 minute range. Cut off the part before the drums come in to solve that. Those drums sound nice, very full and at the right place in the mix. Bass tone is nice too. Needs some fx or other synth/drums/etc to fill out the stereo spectrum. Much the same as I have said about other's tracks tonight, it needs a hook, a vocal, a melody, to make it stand out from the pack. Keep it up!
