New speakers?

One of my speakers seems distorted/muffled like it is on it's way out. I have had my speakers about 5 years and they're good speakers. Tried stuff like checking all wires are plugged in properly etc... Also tried changing my mixer over just incase it was that but to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated as I've just got my new decks and I can't use them!
