Hey guys,
I'm looking for labels and artists who do tunes that are reminiscent of the oldskool jungle tracks back in the day. A couple of labels like scientific wax and jungle syndicate are examples of stuff I'm looking for on the edgier side both from artists and label), as well as artists like Bladerunner and Soul Intent for example. But also lighter and more relaxing and euphoric tunes, as well as darker vibes.
Basically what the jungle side of drum & bass (however small it is) has evolved into today. It can be harder of lighter, have ragga influence or not, use amen's or the good old 2step beat. Looking for something that reminds me of the jungle days of 93-96 and what that sound has evolved into.
