Instead of getting actual sample packs, have you thought about getting audacity and recording your own samples from the interwebz?

I've got a pack called "565 RX2 Breaks" which is nice...most of the breaks samples are from strange records, loads of old bits and bobs, and all sorts like camo and britney spears...hahah. fun to bring something original up with though for sure :)

YEah for sure recording my own samples would be the way to go. I guess I am just looking for a quick fix.

I like that ripping from DVDs idea, for sure some crazy sounds with anime etc. So what program do you use for that? Would audacity work for that?

Yeah audacity works for anything fella. Just put the dvd in your drive, find the part you want to record, open up audacity and hit record.

When you say you get them from the interwebz where do you usually go besides YouTube?
