Yeah boi! Got myself a Focus ready for when I get my license back in 2 weeks! Bring it on!
your 20, you lost your license and you just bought an expensive car?
i think your insurance is gonna be expensive lol
nice ride tho, focus's are good cars
apart from my ST which ive had to write off. cat broke, lambda sensors broke, ecu went wrong, clutch went, flywheel went, tracking died.. hmmm think that was about it. the clutch and flywheel cost me £1000, if i want to get the others bits fixed it be over 2k. yay
so you cant drive. doesnt mean focus make bad cars you know.
Yeah they're good cheap runabouts, I was looking at one before I got my car but the owner wouldn't let it go for less than 4k...
Ended up buying this, which I have driven a total of 100 miles in 3 months as it's been in garage having extensive work done which is now finished, just waiting for the roads to dry out a bit before I let rip:
never ever buy an old beamer, personally i think they look pretty crape aneway and the parts are DOUGH an wiv an old car thing will always go wrong
gotta say tho the one in that picture is pretty peng
I love the old beamers, that look sick as fook. Old skool cars are where its at!
My mates got a really old Pug 106 2.0 ltr and she flies. Like the older styling.
yeah older classic cars, but an old 106, sorry mate don't care whats been done to it or any 106 for that matter, they're shit, my old man bought me 1 b4 i passed my theory, sold it b4 i passed my practical, heap of shit
I quite like Focus's there nice 2, drive i learned to drive in one.
I have only just got my license back as well lol
cant go wrong with a focus imo, great cars
got a bulk standard mazda2 myself, had it 2 years from new and its still going strong
yeah focus are nice cars, how much did u pay for that 1 noz?
Cheers. I got it for a fairly good price knowing it'd need a bit of work on the rust (they rust very easily). How
Parts aint too expensive so long as you don't go to a BMW stealer.
Also they are going up in value about £250every year, so rather than get some shitty Vaux-shit which will only ever depreciate I hope to reclaim back some of the fortune I've spent on it
to be fair tho mate most cars the bits are expensive as fuk so if u want the car fuk it, i smashed the front of mine up on sunday needed a new front wing on the drivers side, new headlight, gow much d'ya reckon? for labour, which is putting the new wing and headlight on, welding sanding etc the crack in the bumper and colour spraying it all, including the wing, how much?
oh yeah its a corsa 04
No idea mate Im not a mechanic, my mates garage is doing all the work on my motor.
Get down the scrapyard and get the replacement wing & light yourself to save a few quid, you might even find one in the same colour if you're lucky. Then I'd guess about 3-4hrs labour to get it fixed.
BoudiCat could probably give you a better idea I think she's a mechanic.
no no lol, how much would u think, neway £70 the pair fro a brand new wing and headlight £150 labour, fucking touch, thought i was looking at about 6 bills
fix or repair dailey = ford. nahh im just very unlucky with cars.
