When the drop hits, the slightly de-tuned jump up-esc style bass-line flows nicely over the rolling breaks. Other more low-fi bit crushed bass sounds progress and filter in and out as that reverberant percussive melody flows back in. This is a dark roller not to be messed with!
Break In is a dark techy track with a driving pace. The intro starts with a selection of steppy and funky breaks cut up to create a collage of beats. Eerie minor pads slowly move in as bongos and other percussive elements build up to the drop. Dub echoes fill the gap until the tune breaks out and when it does it’s a monster. The fast squelchy LFO on the bass resonates and cuts through the breaks and drives the track with relentless force. Tense strings and low-fi distorted bass notes round up the end of the breaks
