new decks?

Im currently using sum Kam DDX750s and they've served me well up until now but im fed up of the direct drive in them being so weak that have to push the vinyl qute hard each time i do a mix in order to get it to start at the rite tempo.

only lookin to spend around 300-400 wat do u guys recommend?
