I know the feeling. Used to be a big Netsky 'fanboy', which comes free with being Belgian, but his tunes have been going in such a downward spiral, for me, to the point where he is completely off my radar. Of course, it's his choice, and up to his fanbase to like his tunes, but it doesn't work for me anymore. Heck, last album was a joke.

Also, I think this song is horrible, and that's already with my Netsky-goggles on. If it was someone elses, I wouldn't even have bothered.

Is it up to someone to like something though? I think there's something more inherent to it. By changing your style you are just targetting other people, at the risk of losing old fans. And just because one track isn't to someone's taste doesn't mean you should write them off completely. I still think there's going to be some cool stuff coming from Netsky, not sure what I think of this one - I don't mind it. Big feature in any case! Good, in a way, to get some other singers (and not just anybody in this case) in D&B from time to time.
 
Of course he may or may not release new stuff that I might like. But if it's the same kind of music he has been making lately, it is a no for me. I don't mind him making stuff like this, I also don't mind no longer focusing on his music, and give other people a chance who may be something more to my liking.
 
There's good cheesy dnb and then there is this. I'd even choose Pendulum's last album over this if I was forced to listen one of the two

It's no surprise to see a cock like Zane Lowe choosing it as his 'Hottest Record in the World' That man knows nothing about music and the sooner he fucks off back to Australia the better
 
Damn, was really hoping that 'Drawing Straws' on '2' was the beginning of a new Netsky direction. Sadly not, this is rank.
 
Checked this out because Beth Ditto is a fucking legend, but dear sweet Jesus and Mary his Mother that's just an awful piece of music.

Don't usually bother checking Netsky things, haven't since the Liq-Weed Ganja days and have always kind of expected I wouldn't like it much anyway, but this is just....


It makes Pendulum look like Kemet Crew.
 


Seems like if you Shazam this, you get a free download of a Fred V & Grafix remix of the track. Gave it a try, that remix is better in my opinion.
