It was being repressed. Don't know if that's already happened or not though.

Just checked his my space - there was a small repress in Feb.

Then this april he posted:

Apparently SS is a bit of cunt when it comes to sorting out money for presses. Hence why you havn't really heard a lot from formation for a while (yes i know this year there's MA2 rmx, Shine rmx and It's Love)
