Need some help with my drums

    Havent been making tunes for that long at all been teaching myself as i go along having trouble making the bog standard jump up drums such as :

    I cant work out what exact sounds make up these drums i whether they are breaks , beaks filtered with drums layered over them or what any help would be much appreciated.

    standard jump up beats usually contain some filtered hats, breaks and rides, with vengance kicks and snares layered over them,

    but thats just stale now, try something different ;)

    No offence intended but it's pretty clear that you're kinda new to production.

    Don't worry. These things will come in time... It's taken me 3 years nearly to get to where I am with my productions and they're still pretty shitty in all honesty.

    For now, concentrate on layering sampled breaks over each other with a separate kick and snare.

    What are you using to produce on?
