Hey gusy its been a while,
Last time i was here i was asking for really relaxing dnb and well there wasnt a whole lot.

So anyway yesterday a mate a mine send me this dnb warfare mix,
And i started lissening to it and it blew my brains out.
My head started tingling with all the sensations thrown at it.

So now im here to ask for more, Now im still very new to dnb and dont really know about the sub genres but id like to learn.

Its imagine that it might be hard for you to just pick a favorite and tell me to get that, but it beats going to the store and picking up the first cd that says drum and bass to only find out its crap.

Thanks!

You could start by getting some mix CD'S.
The DNB Arena ones are good.
Any of the nightlife series.
Hospital mix series.
They will give you a taste of the different sub genres of DNB as well :beers:
Hope that helps.

dublate killaz 1 & 2

Essential drum and bass mixed by dj hype

or alternatively d/l sum mixes from the mix section

:)

Any of the nightlife series except 4. Keep it between 1 & 3...good boy!

Why not 4 man?

Don't you like it or something?

And yeah, the cds Rob mentioned would be good mate, so just go for any of those man (y).

Nah mate, was well disappointed in it compared with rest! I skip to many tracks on it and ive been listening to it since it came out and it just hasn't grown on me. Don't get me wrong, the mixing is top notch but the track selection just didn't cut it with me.

So i checked Essential drum and bass mixed by dj hype and well maby i just know how great technical it was, I really disliked it for some reason.

Now of the other hand nightlife and dnb arena some pretty awesome, So thanks for that ;)
