Need help with something

Hey guys im very new around here ive not been into music production for very long and ive been learning how to use reason 5 i could do with a little help with a synth ive made.

Its 3 of the same sound in different octaves but it all sounds muddy and shit, and i was wondering what techniques i can use in the EQ area to make this sound nice and spaced out but also make it all fit in nicely with each other.

Take mud and shit off one, add something not muddy and shit to replace, put together in mixer, eq -> compress

In your case, play all the notes, render them to wav, put all together, and layer them as said above, could work?

Ahhh yeh, ignore my first post. I need to lay off the high grade for a while. Anyway ive made it sound so much better it was the chorus in the thor synth that was making it sound like shit plus i removed the overdrive effect i had going on the higher octave notes and it is sounding much cleaner. i know i need to do a low cut as my sub shouldn't be doing anything as this is supposed to be a mid-high synth but as far as major processing to get it all slotted in to its own frequency range i have no idea what im doing.

if you got reason 6 or above in the main mixer section there is LPF and HPF (low pass n high pass filters). if you got 5 then you'll just have to stick an EQ and make your own filters (use youtube tutorials)
each tune is different so i cant give exact values - but you'll want to high pass everything that doesnt need a low end
for your sub you might want to low pass it - so it doesnt conflict with your kick drum. and high pass your kick drum so it doesnt mess with the sub.

if that dont work or sound great you could try side chain compression (again youtube)
