some notes seem to be a bit off.

I like the bassline a lot, but I really miss a higher melody in the track.
The drums are way to soft, you should increase their volume and maybe layer multiple snares and kicks on top of eachother to create more attack.
some goes for the highhat, you could layer another highatpattern over it and change a few hats to create more variation.
If you look at the track in soundcloud you notice that it is one long wall of music you could try to filter away the bassline at a few point to create multiple drops.

yeah i can tell by that wall of sound u got going on. take it off. u shouldnt be playin with compressors yet as u'll only notice differences with a trained ear

Very nice bass sound. mrsfx is right though, ease up on the compressor a bit or use a more transparent setting to start with. You could also benefit by filling up some of the mid-high frequencies as well, you want to "fill the space" sonically speaking.

In Massive:
-Roughmath 1
-Chrome
-Wicked
Daft filter and some distortion and widening

i should look more into massive. i just use z3ta, blue n predator

Massive is reaaally good for hard dnb basses imo.
I didn't even made a bass with z3ta once, and never heard of blue n predator.
Seems pretty cool though, gonna try it.
