Need help on a tune please.

optical and headrush one nation/love valentines day live set. Don't know the venue. About 20 mins into set is the tune I'm trying to find. It has a male voice voice at the start going something like,

When we stop to appreciate good music we sometimes settle for sounds thats only average. what great music needs is clean deep base to give it warmth


anyone got any ideas?
