Need help, lost in production

Hey guys!
I got this track that's almost finished, but it needs something and i don't know what.
It's just been sitting there, collecting dust for i don't know how long.
I got the drums and the effects nicely, but i think the intro and buildup needs something, just don't know what.
Got any tips, and ideas that would help me out a lot!!

Looks like there are only drums and one instrument in the main. How about interplay of lead and accompanying instruments (to be introduced)?
Technically, compression and layering would make the sound thicker as you surely know.
Also it is lacking subbass.

Thanks mate, i've tried everything i just can't get it to fit in. Should i just trash it?

It's a sketch capable of development.. no need to trash it..
