Need help ID'ing liquidy tune............

It's a great tune but no-one seems to know the name of it! I've only heard it twice in a rave - the first was from Andy C's set from Inno 15th Bday back in March - on this set the tune drops at 11:16. I also heard it the other week at AWOL during Randall's set. If you have his set from Bassman's Bday Bash 09 then the tune drops at 9:19!
