Need help identifying a sample.

Can anyone help me with what the sample is in the beginning of this clip? I've heard it so many times in my life and never found out what the original song was.

yea, and they sample some old funk record. buncha dudes used it
i have the tune it was sampled from, but fuck if i can think of it
