Taken from the Sacred Heart EP on Methxx. We have run out of superlatives to use in conjunction with Need For Mirrors, the level of his productions are stupendous. 'Red Shift' is a heavy flowing roller that has that signature Headz gritty undertone. Wow.

It's all right actually, not sure whoever reckons it's got "that signature Headz gritty undertone" has listened to the clip or even to any Metalheadz records, but as an exercise in doing tunes that are little bit Wormholey but with less interesting drums it's decent enough. Nice and weighty.

Nicest drums on a NFM track I've heard yet

Weren't NFM a duo before? Very hit and miss artist imo, but I'm feeling their darker stuff.

Nope, HLZ is making his tunes under his own moniker now, they've split back in the spring or somewhen like that. It's just Mosus doing NFM stuff now afaik.

up until this year i loved everything from NFM, Red Shift i love, but the rest of the EP aint doin it for me at all...lost sum of their unique and interesting sound imo, sacred heart is ok, but the rest of the tunes just don't have that NFM sparkle from before
