Hey guys I joined here months and months ago and everyone was very nice and helpful in getting me started on my journey as a producer. I finally have something to show for it and was hoping for some harsh feedback/criticism. Thanks!

I started this track just having some fun and messing around warping and splicing some sounds and had this idea to have some rhythmic lazer like sounds shooting between the kicks and snares. I really wanted it to be a very very Sub heavy, kind of hypnotizing beat. I did my best to eq everything and so I would really benefit from some harsh feedback, Im really trying to improve. Thanks so much.

tried to PM you, but it did not seem to go through. also, don't get too wrapped up in view counts, usually only a 3-5% response rate.

intro sounds great, i love that murky beat...overall the track sounds a bit empty to me. It needs a few more elements - not necessarily another synth - maybe just a few fx and bit sprinkled about. I would also try to get the drums a bit thicker, since you don't have many layers there. Sounds good overall, and I really like all the little edits. sorry I don't have time to write more...off to the airport.

Thanks man, Im reworking it, any tips for eqing the layered drums? I can never seem to find a perfect spot for My kicks, snares, and bass to all blend well and shine individually. I also don't have any VSTs and I'm not the best synthesis, so I'm lacking good sounds.
