    get your image.... make sure it fits nice.... 800px wide should do nicely

    upload it to tinypic and post the link here

    then copy your whole layout code, post it here in code tags (or pm me) and i'll modify it for ya

    this is how i did it........

    up your image to tinypic.... ive tried with other hosts and it doesnt always work properly so tinypic is your best bet.....

    take note of the size of your image (in pixels)

    now go to your layout code.....

    now is a good time to backup your layout in case you fuck it up.... copy it into note pad and save it

    look for the "backround properties"......

    it may not look exactly like my one below but will probably be simular.....

    [IMG]

    at the bottom, you will see "padding-top"

    by default this is 0px..... your layout may not have "padding-top" at all... if not just enter this below whatever backround properties you do have......

    Code:
    padding-top:0px;
    change 0px to whatever height your image is

    now insert the following into your layout somewhere.... but dont stick in between anything thats already there

    Code:
    <style type="text/css">
    .banner{ position:absolute;
    top:0px;
    left:50%;
    margin-left:-400px;
    height:IMAGE HEIGHT HEREpx;
    z-index:3;
    padding:0px;
    border:1px solid black;
    background-color:000000;}
    </style>

    <div class="banner">
    <a href="OPTIONAL URL HERE"><img src="IMAGE URL HERE" border="0">
    </div>
    replace everything above thats in caps with the relevant stuff......

    where it says OPTIONAL URL HERE.... if you dont want the image to be a clickable link just remove whats below.... nothing else...

    now load it up to myspace and check your page :gang_bang
