I often make my own breaks when I can't find a sample loop with the right groove. However, breaks made by others can be acceptable if you use them creatively. I often rearrange break and EQ out parts I want to keep in my mix. Either way, I decided against making my own HP breaks in this tutorial because it would then easily go over an hour in length. But I'm glad you like it otherwise
