Here is a 3 deck mix I decided to put together showcasing some of the filthiest tunes around right now. This mix could have gone on forever with the amount of good drum and bass at the moment!

really enjoyed this mix, had a nice selection in there and kept on churning out tunes from the off, a few clangs in there here and there but overall a solid mix, favour bit had to be Enei - Prometheus > Roygreen & Protone - Drau > Gridlok & Prolix - Tru Born Playa (Ft. MC Fats) > Original Sin - Device > Optiv & BTK - Shredder > NC-17 & Soundculture - Gutterville > L33 - Detuned > Mob Tactics - Lifer > Origin - Koncrete > Noisia & Prolix - Asteroids > Karma - Terminal > Audio - Botfly > Annix - Kilamanjaro (Silent Type & Sativa Dub Remix), massive selection and great mixing there, big up on this one mate will be giving a few more listens

Ah thank you Danny, means a lot mate. Shame about the little scuffles in this one, the 2 major ones were from needle problems which is a fucker! Hope to record volume 2 in the near future though. Bigup mate

Right. had a listen after seeing the tracklist but I've gotta be brutally honest, I couldnt get passed the first 10 mins :/ I personally think it was a bit 'banger on banger' too much and the tunes just conflicted. That's obviously just my opinion but i recon you can do better than this.

Sorry dude, I just can't lie and say I think its sicko when i dont :/

Bloody good man for being honest, Russ! This definitely isn't everyones cup of tea, I understand that. I recorded it to squeeze in the most hectic (hence the name!) hour of dnb i could. Find it so much fun man! Same style I went for on my new jump up mix, which I recommend you avoid haha. I'm working on something a bit more varied and thought out soon but this just had to be done after a mad hype at the weekend!

Oh yeh i totally get where you're coming from as i mix 3 decks at this pace but i recon that maybe if you're guna do this 'off the cuff' style mash up then maybe filter/fade out the outgoing tune more to avoid messy mixes.. if that makes any sense at all lol .

Wacking the Mid EQ all the way down as well as the bass is a simple way to do a HP filter when mixing hectic. Tunes that you know work well together you ovi dont need to do this but for random ones I recon it'll help smooth it out.

    just my thoughts anyways bossly!
