    Cool thread!

    I go for:
    Led Zeppelin - Gooooooooo Jimmmmmmyyyyyy!!11
    Jimi Hendrix.
    Eminem's fist album.
    Gang Starr.
    Wu-Tang Clan.
    Happy Hardcore is fun.
    House is fun.

    Frank Sinatra? :D

But yeah anything hiphop that has good beats innit can really make my day. Like most of the tunes Gang Starr has really kick in with the beats (props to Premiere!). I really don't like that 50cent kinda shit you see on MTV nowsdays. Like 90's gangsta thats the shit :)

i dont have much time for american music.
mostly just british and aussie stuff.

i enjoy a bit of hip hop. (not too much though), breaks, ragga, and i often go out with my dad to blues and roots events.

    hilltop hoods
    the streets
    the john butler trio
    salmonella dub <3 <3 <3
    roots manuva
    chemical brothers
    freestylers
    radiohead
    etc etc

and when i was younger i used to dig aussie rock like the living end, grinspoon and powderfinger.

Oh yeah heh :D about Chemical Brothers. My whole interest into electronic music started with Fatboy Slim when I was still a 6 grader. I really liked the breakbeats Norm used in his songs and I haven't really heard anything like that before. Later I found dnb and it tought me everything about the beats I wanted to know :D

So Fatboy Slim, Chemical Brothers, The Prodigy, Underworld is always jamming. Everything related to breakbeat, big beat, chemical beat etc.
