MP3's from DNB Share - legal/illegal???

I use dnbshare to upload my mixes on.
Obvisously alot of naughty tunes get uploaded on there. VIP/Remixes etc.

I just wondered, i found a remix of chase & status tune by a guy who i cant seem to track down.

The remix is immense, but can i use it???

i personally pay for 95% of my dnb, i would never play or download an illeagal dub, unless it was never ever getting a release, but i would keep it on my ipod and no where else.

support the scene we could be/ are a part of etc.

I do support the scene as in the hundreds of records iv bought over two years.
I think it shows support towards a new producer even if i havent paid, surely with his permission its okay?
