Alright guys, this may be abit of a noob question, but i have recently downloaded some mp3s and i wanna mix them alongside vinyl, but when i do, each track is at a different level of volume to the next, also the vinyl is alot louder compared to the cd. is there summit im doing wrong or is this completly normal?

Normal. Sort it out with your master gains. Also there is a bit of software you can get to level out your mp3s where you want them but I can't think of the name right now. I think I saw Russla mention it once, maybe ask him?

you can always make them louder on your itunes before you burn them to disc. apple click the file, get info, options, then you have volume adjustment. safe

Make sure the cd deck is plugged into line not phono. Easy mistake to make.
