i'm movin 2 london mid-late sep 2 do a masters degree n i need someone 2 show me where the decent raves (and after parties!) are at. i've been 2 fabric bt that's the extent of my knowledge of the london scene.

Matter (fabrics new club) hosts the new Ram & Hospitality nights.
Area hosts the new Renegade Hardware nights (well worth checking imo, quality club too).
The Lightbox hosts the new Shogun nights (haven't been yet though).

The other quality nights i've been hitting recently:

Swerve @ Rubylo, nice chilled out liquid on a wednesday, good vibes down there.
FWD @ Plastic People, dubstep night but always performs.

Wat kind of dnb nights do u prefer mate? Peace.
 
liquid is more my sorta thing if im choosin what i listen 2 at home. bt when im out 4 a rave i dont mind anythin really, jump up is always fun 2 dance 2 when ur gettin a mash on! as long as it's not too techy or TOO dark i like pretty much any style.

i do like big clubs bt i also like more intimate venues sometimes where u can actually watch a dj mix instead of seein a tiny person in a box about 7 feet above the crowd.

Should definately hit up plastic people then, theres a dnb influences style night there every 3 months called Medium which is fucking quality, 2 months till the next one probably though.
 
thanks saint, sounds good, i'll keep my eyes peeled. also, where's the best sound system? any1 been to subdub or exodus in the west indian centre in leeds? if there's anythin that comes close 2 iration steppas up there i need 2 kno about it!
 
All about the Scratch Perverts Beatdown at Fabric in November. Biggest night of the year at that club. Played in room 3 in 2007.

I advise you get a ticket and go. I'll keep peeps on here informed of the lineup
