movin forum dir

i plan to move the forum from the /x dir to the root dir / of dnbforum.com. this might generate some errors, so if you come across anything, please post it here so i can fix it asap.

i will be doin this sometime on sunday (14th), around 7pm (gmt).

hopefully the improved forum index will be complete by then, we shall see

as usual, if you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, please do not hesitate to get in contact.
