movement in this sound

just wondering how dynamics got this movement here is it just pitch bend ? as i cant seem to be able to get it with pitch :/

try increasing the resonance slightly with an envelope, a low pass filter opening up as the pitch bends up, and possibly also an increase in saturation/distortion, envelope controlled also.
