I have two tannoy passive monitors sat in my cupboard at home which I cannot use because I have no amp or interface.
I'm a bit skint but need to fork out some cash if I'm gonna get anywhere in the production game.
Just wondered if anyone knew any cheap amps and interfaces that could power them with the cleanest sound. Needs to be a usb interface Please help!!

If its just to get you in the game, go second hand. I did just that for a pair of passives, got a cambridge audio 2 channel hifi amp for £30 off gumtree, it was ideal.

As far as interfaces you'll hear the name focusrite a fair bit, check out their budget 2i2 interface.

I think overall your top end budget for both pieces of gear, to get reasonable stuff, needs to be about £150.
