Mixing, Mastering, Equalizing Guides

Hey there,

I have not really much experience with mixing, mastering and equalizing
I often read about 'cutting frequenzies' and stuff like that but i dont really know how this is meant
So I need something like a guide from a-z
how to equalize bass, drums (snare, kick), pads and everything
i also need help with mixdowns..
Is there an website for noobs like me, or could somebody explain everything to me?

sorry for all those questions but as I'm a beginner it's hard for me to understand everything...
