Yo! feedback time..
Great selecko, Mixing is OK.. Not meaning to be negative but this really needs some scratching. Your DnB mixes are hot man, but TBH, the mixing in this was a little bland.. I genuinly believe that when mixing hip hop, even ropey scratching is better than no scratching. a few little teases too, always needed when mixing HH...Even just a few jigga jiggas with the 1st drum / sample...

this mix was nothing about mixing
its just a selection of tunes i like
Gangstarr tracks u cant even mix into each other much anyway, especially when the vocals only end in the last 8/16 bars and start around the 1st 8/16
not like im gonna be double dropping 2 gangstarr tracks, then teasing some vocal
safe for listening, but no way judge it on mixing ability... its just some selection

But that is how u mix HH tho - you generally only get 4-8 bar mix time, which is why you have to liven it up with tricks... or get doubles of everything u buy so you can mix the instro in then drop the vocal version in after.. expensive business mixing HH!!!
