I think a bit subtle reverb on your hats would do miracles Also they don't have to be loud to be heard
the bass however; could have a boost!

thanks for the feedback! theres no bass added yet, no effects or mastering, just basic hi hat,kick, snare, snyth. this only took me like an hour mainly getting the placing the way i wanted it
