Massive synth users - Where have my presets gone?

Massive synth people,

My massive synth seems to have disconnected from my presets library, my presets are just not showing in my synth when I open it up. how can I get the presets to show again?

I'm on a Mac btw.

Question 1: Is it cracked?
I had lots of similar problems with my cracked massive forcing me to eventually purchase the real thing.

using presets is a bad habit to get into imo, try going without it will do you good
