Anyone ever done this?
I designed a guitar pluck synth for my dissertation which was built using subtractive synthesis - in the same way as one would build a modular synthesizer, but it was all in the computer - I can't remember the program I used as it was over a year ago now - but it was an a maths engineering type of program.
Has anyone else built a synth before using transfer functions and control loops? And did you manage to use it to make music?
