make shift technic stand?

    who here had encountered the problem of getting a third deck when ur tables only wide enough for 2 and a mixer, who's got saome good make shift solutions? dnt really want them in battle :(

    i had the same problem, in the end i just turned my decks to their sides hip hop style, and it freed up a suprising amount of room.

    Buy a cheap piece of MDF and stick it on top of what you use now.

    slightly concerned whether it would take the weight while overhanging the original table!

    i wuldnt wana put 3 decks on any of the ironing boards i've seen...they can barley hold themselves up as it is :-S

    Use 18mm MDF as long as the overhang isn't much over 12" it'll be fine. 12mm would be a bit flimsy and smaller would probably just break.

    turn em battlemode.

    When we set up three decks at my mates house sometimes we use a cabinet which is luckily the same size as his deckstand.

    i dont understand how you mix battlemode using the pitch without knocking the tonearm :S

    This sounds wack but i gotta garden green house table from b&q for my decks.. 20 notes. fits deck (the normal way) and mixer, right hight aswell (hate playing out and the decks are too low). sturdy as a rock!
