I think having "recent threads" on the main page is redundant in light of the "new posts" option.

Also, since its stuck at the bottom, the "recent threads" box hardly gets noticed.

Oh and old reviews and info bits should expire automatically, i.e. a July record review or a 5 month old album bit of "news" ahem

 

Hey, I want "new posts" back along with my avatar! I'm pretty sure that that arrangement is one of the reasons the forum has been mighty active recently!

You can't. Only 30 year olds can have avatars.

Or junglists with high post counts.

 

i should just accept that the blue dnb forum noob avatar has my name written all over it.
