A new project joined the Phunkfiction camp. Label owner Bass Tikal and his brother LF Flow teamed up to produce a whole bunch of fresh tunes, most of them influenced by early 60s and 70s funk. Their first work got signed straight away by Under Construction (My Girl Remix). Another tune called “It’s Not Right” is part of the current Phunkfiction album “EAT PHUNK!”. Two of their latest bits are now coming to you thorugh the digital channel. “Cryptic Flames” is energetic dancefloor filler which reminds of early Matrix productions using punchy drums, e-guitars and lots of tasty synth elements. “Hide your tears” is based on a catchy sax line surrounded by epic atmospheres, heavy bass and crispy drums – sure shot in every liquid set. Both tunes have been already canned by many big players in the scene.
