Looking to create a Lenzman style liquid bass

Hey all. So I've been working on some liquid DNB tracks and I've been struggling with the bassline. I would like to model it after the bass in Lenzman's Afraid of Jazz. Does anyone have any tips for getting close to that? It's got a nice texture to it. It's a bit distorted without sounding noisy or bitcrushed. It fills the room very well too. It doesn't have too much dynamics, but it does have some subtle filter automation. Any tips on how to get a nice full liquid bassline like this?
