Looking for a VST step sequencer based on 808 drum machine type layout

I downloaded this little step sequencer called tr XoX which has a nice layout but it is standalone and not VST.

I want something similar to that but vst version.

Preferably it would have midi learn too but but I can still do that in cubase even if the program doesn't come with it IIRC? though maybe not for individual things within the VST? So midi learn too would be pref.

So either a step sequencer which has the tr 808 sounds already in it or a blank one with the 808 style layout of step sequencer bank.

Fl studio can be loaded as stand alone or as vst within another program and its step sequencer is like the 808 with the little "buttons"

why? 808s way of sequencing is silly compared to what can be achieved pretty simply with a computer..
