Looking at equipment

Ive been loking online for equipment and am still unsure what is the best produceing gear I should be looking at so I can make my DnB sound. Any thoughts on good deals, whats not worth the money and whats a deffinate must have... any advice that can help me with choosing my tools

to start off with id go for a good multi channel soundcard & mixer.... maybe something like a delta 66 - with the 4 outputs going into a 4 bus mixer, and the 4 bus outputs going back into the delta inputs.

That'll give you the basis for a system which you can add stuff onto later - like samplers synths effects etc etc.. but it'll work equally well with a mostly software setup
