London this weekend

    Going down to London with the new mrs tomorrow............ will be down there until Monday evening.... we already have plans for the night time every night and got a few thing to do during the day (usual seeing London crap), but just wondering if anyone has anything a little off the usual track we should check out???? I'll be staying right near Tate Modern on South Bank..... Any suggestions much appreciated. Cheers guys ;)

    if you have time one night go to brick lane. A bit different there and really different bars.

    to cover both history and drinking go to the olde cheshire cat near blackfriars, on fleet street. it is a Samuel Smith owned pub, so sells really nice organic beers, and i think the most expensive pint is under £3, nothing for central london!

    However, i'm actually from the Midlands, Notts born and bred (bad i know!)

    No TRUE Yorkshireman would travel to London........ they're all tight as a ducks arse :p
